What format are the products in?
All products are digital downloads delivered as PDF files. Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive an immediate download link — no waiting, no shipping.
Can I fill them out on my computer or do I have to print them?
Both options work. The systems are designed to be printed and used as working documents — many caregivers find it easier to have a physical copy they can annotate, tab, and reference quickly. That said, they can also be filled in digitally using Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or any PDF editor on your device.
Can I share the files with family members?
Yes — within your immediate family or caregiving circle. These systems are designed for family coordination, and sharing them with siblings or others actively involved in your parent's care is absolutely fine. They are not licensed for redistribution, resale, or sharing beyond your family.
How do I know which system to start with?
Start with wherever you are right now in the caregiving journey. If you're in the early days of a diagnosis, begin with the 30-Day Dementia Care System. If you're deep in ongoing care, the Medical Coordination System is the right fit. If you're evaluating facilities or facing a home transition, those systems address those moments specifically. Still unsure? Download our free First 30 Days checklist — it will help you identify where you are and what you need most.
Do I need to buy all the systems or just one?
Each system stands completely on its own and covers one specific stage of the caregiving journey. Most families find they need two or three over time as their situation evolves — but there's no obligation to purchase more than what's relevant to where you are right now.
Are these only for dementia caregiving?
The 30-Day Dementia Care System is dementia-specific. The remaining systems — Medical Coordination, Assisted Living Evaluation, and Home Transition — are designed for any family managing the care of an aging parent, regardless of diagnosis. The challenges of coordinating care, evaluating facilities, and transitioning a family home are common across many caregiving situations.

What happens after I purchase?
You'll receive an email confirmation with a download link immediately after checkout. The file will also be available in your Squarespace account if you create one at checkout. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder — and if it's not there, contact us and we'll get it sorted right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our secure checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are digital downloads that are accessible immediately after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds. If you have a question about whether a product is right for your situation before purchasing, please reach out — we're happy to help you figure out which system fits where you are.
Can I buy a product as a gift for someone?
Absolutely. These systems make meaningful, practical gifts for anyone navigating a parent's care. At checkout, you can enter the recipient's email address for delivery, or download it yourself and forward it to them.

Who created these systems?
The Organized Daughter was created by Angela, who built these systems while navigating her own mother's dementia diagnosis and caregiving journey. Every product comes from lived experience — not clinical guidelines or generic advice. They reflect what actually worked for our family, and what we wished we'd had when it all began.
Are you affiliated with any care facilities or referral services?
No. The Organized Daughter is fully independent and has no financial relationship with any care facility, referral service, or healthcare organization. Our only interest is in helping your family make the decisions that are right for your situation — not in directing you toward any particular outcome.
I'm not dealing with dementia — can these systems still help me?
Yes. While Angela's personal experience centers on dementia caregiving, most of the systems address challenges that are universal to caring for an aging parent — medical coordination, financial oversight, housing decisions, and home transitions happen across many different diagnoses and family situations. If you're unsure, reach out and we can help you determine if a specific product is a fit.
Do you offer personalized caregiving advice or consulting?
Not at this time. The Organized Daughter provides organizational systems and tools — not individual consulting or medical, legal, or financial advice. For those needs, we recommend working with a geriatric care manager, elder law attorney, or financial advisor who specializes in elder care.
