What we collect

●      Information you give us. When you sign up for a free resource, join our email list, or make a purchase, we collect things like your name and email address, and — for purchases — the billing details needed to complete your order.

●      Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This helps us improve what we offer.

Which tools we use

We use SQUARESPACE to host our website and process orders, Microsoft365 and Squarespace Email Campaigns to manage our email list, and Squarespace Analytics / Google Analytics to understand site traffic. We also sell through ETSY, which has its own privacy policy governing purchases made there. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

How we use your information

We use your information to deliver the free resources and products you request, send you emails you've opted into, respond to your questions, process orders, and improve our site and offerings. We do not sell your personal information.

Email and how to opt out

If you join our list, we'll send you helpful resources and occasional information about our products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email — no hard feelings, and it takes effect right away.
