Our content belongs to us
Everything on this site and inside our products — the written content, systems, templates, checklists, designs, and the name and mark The Organized Daughter™ — is our original work and is protected by copyright and trademark law. When you purchase a product, you're buying a personal-use license for yourself and your household. That means you're welcome to print it, fill it in, and use it for your own family's caregiving journey.
You may not resell, share publicly, redistribute, or repackage our content, in whole or in part, or use it to create a competing product. If you'd like to share a product with a sibling or family member helping with care, we'd simply ask that they purchase their own copy — it keeps this small business running so we can keep making tools that help families.
Digital products and our refund policy
Our products are digital downloads. Because they're delivered instantly and can't be returned once accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We know that's a firm policy, so here's the reasoning: once a digital file is in your hands, we can't take it back the way a store takes back a sweater. What we can do is make sure you actually get what you paid for. If you ever have trouble downloading a file, receive the wrong item, or something isn't working, please email us at angela@organizeddaughter.com and we'll make it right.
